I recently had a very good stay at a hotel on Macalister Road. the value for money was excellent, as the prices were reasonable for what was offered. Secondly, the staff provided great service and attention to detail, ensuring a comfortable stay. Lastly, the hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to the receptionist area, coffee shops, and the town area.

All aspects of my stay at this hotel were satisfactory.

The hotel was clean and new,the location was also strategic.

The Room was so small

the quad room space quite small.

This hotel is great value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location is quite close to local eateries and the center of Georgetown, making it convenient for exploring. The staff are friendly and the basic amenities are in good condition, just like in the photos show.

the hotel staff services everything is good1 but at inside the room early morning can hear the noisy.

Great location, close to many attractions, coffee shops and the center of town. Opposite Loh Guan Lye Specialist Centre. Room was clean with a strong water pressure shower. Staff provided excellent service.

The hotel is located in a convenient area, making it easy to explore the town and reach the Komtar bus terminal. The staff at this hotel are friendly and provide good service. The basic amenities in the rooms are in good condition and match the photos shown online.

Everything was satisfactory.

Clean, reasonable price,rooms reasonable size, comfortable. Parking, wifi, staff responsive to calls about reservation, late check in and directions to Hotel as it was raining hard and poor visibility when driving there on 22.8.12 at night. Hot and cold water for drinking is easily obtained from floor corridor.

Hotel not shown on gps although coordinates given, unable to enter into gps, and as Macalister road have a way system, it makes finding the hotel difficult at night especially in heavy rain! No Milo or Horlicks 3 in 1 available for purchase at reception. Local tv reception not good except for tv2. Astro channels should also be made available. No Mugs and spoon except for glasses available for making a hot drink for nightcap! No convenience shops or restaurant within walking distance. It is a hotel away from shops.

the rate is cheap considering it can bunk 4 people in a room, location near Hospital and city, Komtar, and bus Station. Refurbished room, looks decent, Free flow water, Free Wifi Recommended for budget traveller

Room is a bit small Separation wall between room not thick enough, you can hear your neighbor quite clearly
